Centurion Bancorp provides a complete line of real estate services that enable clients to buy or refinance homes in a wide range of prices and to obtain financing tailored to their requirements and credit experience.

   Centurion can arrange same-day approval for conforming and jumbo loans at the most competitive rates. In addition, we have the necessary resources to meet the needs of those requiring more creative and unconventional financing -- and all transactions are completed with the utmost discretion.


  • Super jumbo loans
    We have the banking contacts and relationships with investors to obtain same-day approval for loans of up to $1 million at the most advantageous pricing. Approvals on larger loans are available typically within 3 to 5 working days.


  • EZ Qualifiers
    These loans are particularly attractive for self-employed persons whose incomes fluctuate. Approval is based on a client's assets and credit history -- tax returns are not required.


  • Construction/Permanent loans
    We offer "one-stop shopping" by providing loans for construction of single-family homes that roll over into permanent loans. Loans for up to 90 percent of the total construction costs are available at very competitive rates.


  • Sub-Prime loans
    These are available to persons with credit challenges who cannot obtain conventional financing.


  • Equity lines
    We offer a line of credit up to the full amount of the equity in a home. The funds can be used for debt consolidation, home improvements, purchase of a car and other purposes.


  • 100% financing
    We provide 100% financing for loans up to $5 million. Loans over $500,000 require cross collateralization of assets. This type of financing is particulartly attractive to clients who do not want to liquidate investment portfolios to finance home purchases.


  • International borrowers
    These loans are available to non-resident aliens who want to buy a home in the U.S., but typically have no credit history.


  • Private money loans
    These loans, available from private individuals, are designed to meet special needs. For example, a client may require a bridge loan to purchase a distressed property or to buy a home before selling a current residence.
